Italian Reaper started with a simple question: can an extremely hot sauce also be genuinely good?
For us, the answer had to be yes.
Fresh Carolina Reaper is the star, but it is not left alone. We build the flavour around it with tomato pulp, apple and plum for natural sweetness, apple cider vinegar for acidity, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, herbs and spices for depth.
The result is not a sauce that tastes only of heat. First you taste the flavour. Then the Reaper arrives.
Intense, persistent and complex, it is made to enhance the dish rather than erase it.
HOW TO ENJOY IT
Perfect on burgers, ribs, sausage, chicken, grilled meat, vegetables and BBQ.
Use it directly on the dish or in marinades. A little goes a long way.
